  • While this depends on the size and scope of the build, discussions are held with the customer to give them a realistic projection of completion time. Sometimes especially in renovation projects there may be factors that influence build time. Kirribilli Constructions makes every effort to stay on target with completion dates.

  • By law most building works will require plans and permits. 

    Non-Stuctural Alterations, repairs and replacements of existing structures, often don’t require a permit. Further information can be found in the The Building Act 1993 (the Act) and Building Regulations 2018 (the Regulations)

  • Macedon Ranges and surrounds , Sunbury and surrounds , Central Victoria , Melbourne Northern suburbs, Melbourne western suburbs, Melbourne inner north and Melbourne inner west 

  • Custom builders work directly with you. There is no intermediary sales team to go through. At Kirribilli we enjoy working closely with the homeowner to develop something functional, unique and specific to their needs within their budget. This includes helping them to select and source the materials that add a personal touch to their home design.

    Unlike volume builders your choices aren’t limited.

    • Any house plans and diagrams you are considering.

    • Engineering documents.

    • Soil reports.

    • Detailed specifications for materials, finishing and fixtures.

    • Energy report.

  • There are a few considerations before a price can be given. These include: 

    • The size of the project 

    • Characteristics of the land , site accessibility, ground conditions  etc 

    • Complexity of design 

    • Inclusions (Basic , standard , High End Luxury)

    With these factors considered a price guide can be given
