We’ll work with you to assess if your vision is achievable on the budget you have outlined. Sometimes simple changes and innovative solutions can bring the cost of a build down and sometimes they can’t. 

We will always provide a fair estimate based on current market labour rates and material costs.

When we have your authority to proceed with the work, we provide a detailed quote and timeline for the project.

All our quoting is done in-house. We cross reference our quotes against a network of other builders and construction companies to ensure we are competitive with industry standards and price guides for similar work.

Our job quotations are meticulously detailed using the most up-to-date industry-specific software.

Attention to detail at this stage of the process allows customers to understand quality and costs for the work they are contracting and means there are no surprises in the cost profile of the job.

Using online HIA contracts, we make this a part of the process easy.

And we take care of all permit applications and any changes to design and or engineering that may need to be made during the build to satisfy building surveyors.

Clear communication is our focus so from start to finish. We strive to keep you informed with regular progress updates and onsite meetings if desired. We pride ourselves on completing your project on time every time. We only use well trusted, highly professional trades. 

With all the hard work done on completion of your job we will conduct a formal handover process to address any questions you may have.

With all our jobs we have a standard 3-month maintenance period in which we are just a phone call away to promptly fix any minor problems which may have arisen.
